It's not hard to spot a conspicuous absence in the list of streaming services offering the Seth Rogen comedy The Interview Wednesday. Google Play is offering it. YouTube is offering it. Microsoft's Xbox Live is offering it. Sony set up a special website where you can stream it. So where's iTunes? Apple was actually Sony's first choice for a media partner to show the movie, according to The New York Times — so much so that Sony reportedly tried to get the White House to help convince the world's richest tech company to stream the movie. Travel watchdog warns vacationers about resort fees hidden in the small print

A reminder to anyone booking travel to escape to a warmer climate this winter: Read the fine print, or you may be surprised by extra fees. UK watchdog Which? is warning consumers about resort fees that turn seemingly great deals into something not so great. The group researched deals available through popular booking websites, and found "hidden" fees as high as £50 ($78) per day. At the Westhouse Hotel in New York, in addition to the room rate, there is a mandatory $35 fee, "per adult per night." The fee is for a daily breakfast, beverages and refreshments, Wi-Fi, local calls, a business center, in-room bottled water, daily housekeeping and digital newspapers and magazines.
